We're On The Home Stretch!

This week has been full of positive things for me! Firstly, the design student I am working with has finished the design and sent it to me... But that will be revealed in a later post, so stay tuned.

There was only one class this week due to there being a public holiday on the Firday. In this class we we're expected to present our work so far, to receive feedback and apply small fine tuning techniques to the project. Out of the 10 minutes I am attempting to create for this project, 8 minutes and 20 seconds is complete! I just need to finish composing the last song and then work on the transitions of each track. SIMPLE! I am most proud of the second track, Someone. As I was absent for the first and only class, I was not able to receive feedback for my work so far.

I am still awaiting on the drum stems for the third track in the album, once I receive them I will be able to basically fast track to the finished product within a matter of days.

I have started looking for my third track teardown song, I want to choose something that is relatable to my work yet it incorporates something completely new to me. May that be production techniques or atmospheric synthesis, I am just excited to learn something new.
